Before and After

SOME OF MY FAVOURITE PROJECTS ...

Once the foyer was painted a soft gray (Sherwin-Williams Tinsmith) the doors seemed washed out ...

Soooooo, I showed the client a blog post from LISA GOULET DESIGN where she painted her interior doors black ... needless to say it went over very well! This colour is Sherwin-Williams Fox Black. Makes the home seem more luxurious!

This IKEA TV unit got a major overhaul ... it was plain old pine but I gave it new life with ...

a really gorgeous green/gold that really looks fab in the clients family room! *the link on the previous picture leads to similar piece in the same furniture series ... I couldn't find the exact piece online - but you get the idea ;)

I do not have a "before" of this bar unit, however it was originally done in a mid-toned stain (similar to the kitchen cabinets in the background). This Sherwin-Williams Marigold really makes it pop against the wall colour (unfortunately, online it looks taupe ... it's actually a soft charcoal tone - Sherwin-Williams Earl Gray). The side panels inside were sprayed silver and the back of the cabinet was wallpapered in a cream with a large silver floral.

IKEA pine shelf unit ... refurbished to compliment the bold theme in Greely Home Office

Amazing what a little black melamine paint and wallpaper can do! Voila!
