ERICA AND SCOTT'S BASEMENT - REC ROOM AND DEN ...
Erica and Scott had their basement reno'd a few years ago ... recently they had the ceiling redone with pot lights and a smooth ceiling finish. The contractor primed only part way down the wall but did not finish the job. Luckily I was on Twitter at the right time when Erica noticed that I posted something about painting - the power of social media!
The basement consists of 2 rooms ... a good sized rec room and a cozy den. Both were painted in a buttery yellow but my clients wanted it painted in a warmer taupe to match the futon and the new carpeting that was to be installed shortly after I finished painting.

| The walls were painted with a very flat paint - not very practical for a house with 3 little boys! Finger prints galore! |

| New carpet laid a few days after I finished painting ... love the end result!
